Prior to this role, Rob Milgie worked at Ersco Construction Supply starting in October 1986, where responsibilities included outside sales of concrete accessories. Additionally, Rob Milgie held a position as a Customer Sales Representative at ERSCO Construction Sales from 1992 to 2010, focusing on outside sales for concrete accessories.
