Alison Hardwick

Alison Hardwick is an experienced professional with a diverse background in finance and management. Since August 2019, Alison has held the dual role of Funding and Subcontracting Co-ordinator and Funding & Returns Manager at Barnsley College. Prior to this, from July 2001 to July 2019, Alison served as the Shared Services Manager at Independent Training Services, overseeing the Shared Services Business Unit and MIS System (MAYTAS 5), providing critical management information and data analysis. Alison began their career at Prospect Training (Yorkshire) Ltd in May 1987, where a progression from Receptionist to Finance Manager encompassed responsibilities such as managing company accounts, payroll processing, and budgeting. Education was completed at Ridgewood Comprehensive School from 1983 to 1987.
