Jayne Hellowell is an accomplished senior manager with extensive experience in strategic commissioning and contract management across various councils. Currently serving as the Head of Commissioning and Healthier Communities at Barnsley Council since May 2015, Jayne oversees strategic governance for partnerships related to community safety and public health. Prior experience includes serving as Service Manager for Commissioning Adult and Community Services at Bradford Council, where management of care services worth £40 million was key, and Supporting People Manager at Kirklees Council, overseeing community partnerships and contract compliance. At Suffolk County Council, Jayne held the position of Head of Supporting People and achieved Beacon Status in 2004. Jayne's educational credentials include a CMI Strategic Management and Leadership qualification, a Chartered Institute of Housing degree, and a BA (Hons) in Social and Urban Issues from The University of Sheffield.
