Michael Hirst

Michael Hirst is the Board Member at Yorkshire Sport Foundation. With a background in hospitality and marketing, Michael currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at BPL (Barnsley Premier Leisure), overseeing the organization's leisure venues. Prior to their current role, Michael held various positions such as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Trading Operations Manager, and Marketing Manager. With a BA (Hons) in Hotel & Catering Operations Management from The University of Huddersfield, Michael also obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Management Studies in Hospitality Management. In addition, Michael holds a CIM Professional Postgraduate in Strategic Marketing Management from SPA Academy.
