Mindee Blanco

Mindee Blanco is the COO at Barnum Financial Group and heads up the Wealth Strategies Division which includes specialists in the core product areas of insurance, annuities, and investments as well as financial planning and wealth management. Under Mindee’s leadership, Wealth Strategies has become a transformative organization creating a business model that offers comprehensive consulting and timely, targeted sales empowerment and support. In addition, Mindee oversees Barnum’s lead management and client relationship management technology initiatives as well as managing the firm’s physical infrastructure. Her strategic direction for her team is based on putting the client at the center of everything they do and driving for the right results.

Prior to her current role, Mindee led the firm’s effort to create a team proficient in the effective processing and placing of new business. She collaborates extensively with leadership within Barnum as well as our various business partners in support of the firm’s advisors and their clients. Mindee began her career at Barnum as a Financial Services Representative, qualifying for Leaders Conference as both an advisor and a manager.

In 2006, Mindee and her husband Paul started the Foundation for Life, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization established as a vehicle through which Barnum employees could provide financial support to charities throughout their local communities. Since its inception, Foundation for Life has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to support many local charities. In addition, Mindee serves on the Board of Directors of The Child and Family Guidance Center in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
