Cecily Nishimura

Cecily Nishimura is a skilled creative professional currently serving as a Junior Art Director at Baron & Baron since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an Art Direction Intern at the University of Pennsylvania, where Cecily contributed as an Animator and Researcher from January 2022 to August 2023. Additionally, Cecily worked as a Designer and Fashion Stylist for The WALK Magazine from February 2020 to April 2023 and was involved with the FAD Board as a member and Fine Arts and Design Board participant from March 2021 to April 2023. Cecily gained mentorship experience at Wix Playground in June 2022 and held leadership positions within the ARCHtank UPenn Internal Committee from February 2020 to May 2022. Prior to these roles, Cecily was a Design Research Assistant for Andrew Saunders from May 2021 to December 2021 and a Costume and Textiles Intern at the RISD Museum in April 2019. Cecily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Design from the University of Pennsylvania, completed in 2023, and a High School Diploma from The Wheeler School, awarded in 2019.
