Karen Kinslinger

Karen Kinslinger has a strong work experience in finance and management. Karen started their career at Wellbridge in 2000, where they served as the Director of Treasury and Risk Management until 2005. Karen then joined American Residential Communities in 2005 and held the position of SVP-Finance & Treasurer until 2014. Currently, they serve as the Chief Financial Officer at Baron Properties.

Karen Kinslinger completed their Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia, graduating in 1992. Karen then pursued their higher education at the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business from 2000 to 2003, earning both an MBA and a Master of Finance degree.
