Mary Ann Mercer currently serves as President of the National Native American Purchasing Association (NNAPA), a non-profit organization dedicated to educating and training Native Americans and individuals working for Tribal Governments, a role held since January 2010. Additionally, Mary Ann Mercer has been the Purchasing Manager for the Barona Band of Mission Indians since 2007. With seven years of experience on the Board of Directors for NNAPA, Mary Ann Mercer brings extensive expertise in Native American procurement and organizational leadership. Educational background includes studies at San Diego State University.
