Ondria Aviles

Ondria Aviles is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administration, entrepreneurship, and customer service. Currently serving as the Lead Executive Assistant for the Barona Band of Mission Indians since November 2011, Ondria manages day-to-day operations in the General Services Department and provides high-level support to the Chairman of the Tribe. Prior to this role, Ondria was a small business owner of Twinkle Baby Couture and worked as an esthetician at Massage Envy Spa in San Diego. Ondria also owned Aviles Insurance & Financial Services, Inc., offering various insurance products, and began the career as a Department Manager at Nordstrom. Educational credentials include an Associate’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from San Diego State University and additional studies at Marinello School of Beauty and Grossmont College.
