Adrián Andrés Lecica is a skilled laboratory technician with a background in biotechnology, holding a degree from Universitat de Vic – Universitat Central de Catalunya. Currently employed at Barpimo, S.A. since April 2021, Lecica specializes in quality control of raw materials and general product quality. Previously, Lecica contributed to research at Instituto Aragonés de Ciencias de la Salud, focusing on the methylation of HERV-W in neurons, and performed quality control in the wine industry at United Wineries, assessing various physical, chemical, and microbiological parameters to ensure the quality of grapes and wine processes.
