Hyam Alhaizan's work experience started in 2020 as a Trainee at King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz University Hospital, where they worked from January to April. In 2021, they joined BARQ App as a Sales Specialist.

Hyam Alhaizan obtained their Bachelor's degree in social service from Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University, from the period of 2018 to 2021.
