Ibrahim Sorour

Ibrahim Sorour has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Ibrahim started their career as an IT Help Desk Specialist at PC Solutions in 2009 and later transitioned to the role of a Sales Specialist in 2010. In 2011, they joined the Arab Affiliate Summit as an Affiliate Marketer, where they managed the relationship between their company and affiliate partners to drive sales revenue.

In 2019, Ibrahim joined talabat as a Customer Service Specialist, handling customer issues and connecting them with vendors via chat. Ibrahim later worked as an Escalation Specialist, managing complaints and escalations from clients and customers through phone calls. Ibrahim also served as a Restaurant Operations Specialist, conducting coaching calls to restaurant managers to enhance their key performance indicators (KPIs) and improve overall performance. Ibrahim then transitioned to the role of a Subject Matter Expert, providing expertise and knowledge on specific topics.

In 2022, Ibrahim Sorour joined BARQ App as an Operations Specialist. Ibrahim leads a team of Rider Team Leaders and Rider Coordinators, manages shipments and trucking schedules, and ensures continuous improvement by maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
