BARR Center adds Gail Toatley to its Board of Directors
Educational equity initiative BARR Center (BARR) has appointed Gail Toatley to its board of directors. Ms. Toatley is a retired educator with more than 40 years of experience within education, and will be based in Minnesota. "We are thrilled to welcome our new board member, Gail Toatley, as we look forward to a long and successful future," said BARR founder and executive director Angela Jerabek. "As the adoption of BARR continues to expand, we know we have hired the right individuals to help us further our mission." Ms. Toatley has served in education roles at both secondary and elementary levels, working in South Carolina, Texas, and Minnesota. She has a Bachelor of Arts in History, a Master of Education in Guidance and Counseling, and an Educational Specialist Degree in Administration. BARR has also made 11 new hires in a range of positions all around the U.S. as it furthers its mission to deliver relationship- and data-driven educational outcomes for students of all backgrounds.
