Tim Russell

Tim Russell possesses extensive expertise in air quality testing, particularly as a PFAS stack test pioneer and expert at Barr Engineering Co. since February 1991, where efforts are focused on measuring PFAS air emissions using EPA OTM-45. In addition to a role as Vice President, Tim has previously served as managing partner at Menituxia Investments LLC, driving the development and commercialization of medical technologies. Early career experience includes positions as a Stack Test Technician at Pace Laboratories and the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of North Dakota and a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.
