Tyler Seiboldt is a Senior Environmental Scientist at Barr Engineering Co. since August 2021, specializing in managing environmental permitting for energy industry projects across the Midwest, including oil and gas, utility-scale solar and wind, and electric transmission. Prior to this role, Tyler served as an Environmental Scientist at ERM: Environmental Resources Management, where responsibilities included conducting environmental permitting for natural gas projects and coordinating with regulatory authorities. Additionally, Tyler has experience as a Research Program Coordinator at The University of Texas at San Antonio, overseeing a significant research program on monarch butterflies and milkweed, and has held positions focused on conservation and environmental ecology with the U.S. Forest Service, Conservation Corps Minnesota and Iowa, and the Student Conservation Association. Tyler holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Science from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
