Weongyo Jeong

Weongyo Jeong is a highly experienced software engineer with a strong background in network security and software development. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Barracuda Networks since April 2013, Weongyo is involved in the stealth project. Prior experience includes roles as a FreeBSD src committer, where Weongyo developed and maintained drivers such as bwn(4) and malo(4), and as a Technical Member Staff at Aryaka Networks, where DNS and Monitoring servers were developed for global deployment. Weongyo also has extensive experience as a Senior Software Engineer at CDNetworks, specializing in high-performance cache servers, and as a Network Security Developer at PanicSecurity, developing web application vulnerability testing tools. Early career work as a Security Consultant at SecureSoft involved penetration testing and tool development. Weongyo holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Inha University.
