Mike McLain

Mike McLain currently serves as General Superintendent at BE&K Building Group since October 2023. Prior to this role, Mike worked at Gannett Fleming Project Development Corporation from November 2016 to March 2023 as a Construction Manager, overseeing national projects involving pharmaceutical process systems. Mike also held the position of Project Superintendent at McDonald York Building Company from August 2015 to November 2016, where responsibilities included managing subcontractors and ensuring safety compliance. Earlier experience includes positions at Johnson Controls, where Mike advanced from HVAC Specialist IV to Lead Technical Specialist, handling a variety of mechanical trades and team management. Mike holds a Building Operator Certification in Operations Management and Supervision from Durham Technical Community College, as well as HVACR Certification from Warren County Community College.
