Allison Beam

Allison (Richards) Beam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fitness and recruiting industries. Since February 2012, Allison has served as a Master Trainer and Instructor at barre3, contributing to the development and training of fitness programs. Prior to this, a career in recruitment included roles as a Recruiter at Accounting Partners and as a Recruiter/Staffing Consultant at Boly:Welch, along with a leadership position as Director of Recruiting at Pacific Capital Resource Group. Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication from the University of Washington, earned between 1997 and 2001.
