Jillian Tassi

Jillian Tassi, PHR, has extensive experience in training, development, and human resources, currently serving as the Training and Development Manager at Wegmans Food Markets since April 1999. In this role, Jillian has successfully tracked and monitored the employee development of over 50 Managers-in-Training within the NJ Division and facilitated quarterly meetings to enhance training outcomes. Previous roles at Wegmans include HR Generalist and Health and Wellness Coordinator, where Jillian managed organizational relationships and communicated employee benefits. Additionally, Jillian has worked as a Barre Instructor at barre3 since March 2018 and held a position in Talent Sourcing at Publicis Health from April 2017 to November 2018. Jillian holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Journalism, both from St. John Fisher University.
