Melissa Simon

Melissa Simon is an accomplished digital marketing and operations professional with extensive experience in community engagement and strategic management. Currently serving as Digital Marketing Manager and Director of Operations at Anchal since February 2021, Melissa also holds a long-term role as Assistant Manager at barre3 since 2017, where responsibilities expanded from instructing to managing social media and community partnership programs. Previously, Melissa worked as Community and Experience Manager at lululemon athletica, overseeing daily operations and community relations for a high-revenue store.
