Ciara O'Connell

Ciara O'Connell is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Founding Principal and People & Culture Advisor at Barrenjoey since March 2021. Prior to this role, Ciara worked at Lazard as HR APAC and had a brief stint in HR Systems at CBRE. A background in SAP HR specialization was gained during tenure at KPMG Ireland from June 2015 to July 2018. Early career experience includes serving as an HR Assistant at Astellas Pharma US, where Ciara assisted with the administration of HR operations and managed employee SAP profiles. Ciara holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Human Resources from the University of Limerick, completed between 2011 and 2015, and received a Leaving Certificate from St. Joseph's Secondary School in 2011.
