Currently serving as a Chef kitchen manager at Barretstown, Darragh is dedicated to providing top-notch catering experiences for families and enhancing the overall camp experience. Prior to this, Darragh worked at Fitzpatricks Castle Hotel and Artizan Food Co., showcasing versatile skills in banqueting, fine dining, and catering.
