Bill Mason

Bill Mason is a seasoned professional in employee benefits and insurance, currently serving as the National Relationship Manager for Employee Benefits at BBSI since December 2022. Previously, Bill held positions at Grosslight Insurance as an Employee Benefits Account Executive and at The Henehan Company as National Director. Bill's extensive experience at Word and Brown spanned over two decades, where roles included Regional Vice President, Director of Field Sales, and Regional Sales Manager, with a focus on sales processes, service issues, and market expansion. In addition to industry roles, Bill served as President of the Inland Empire Health Underwriters and worked as Area Director for Young Life, where Bill developed outreach programs. Bill holds an MBA in Healthcare Management Systems from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University, Fullerton.
