Darryl Wagner

Darryl Wagner has had an extensive and successful career in various leadership positions. From 2013 to present, they served as the Senior Vice President of Organizational Development at BBSI, where they led multiple departments and achieved significant milestones such as transitioning over 750 employees through a work from home/return to office process during the pandemic. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2013, they held the role of CFO & Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Premier Marble and Granite, Inc., where they successfully expanded the company's market share and increased sales volume and profitability. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as the Director of Marketing & Business Development at Midtown Development, overseeing the development of projects valued at over $400 million and securing substantial incentives from city governments. And from 1999 to 2007, they served as a Project Manager at Xactware, managing software projects for top insurance companies and implementing effective processes for software development and employee management. Darryl Wagner earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Utah Valley University from 2000 to 2004. Darryl then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, Darryl completed their secondary education at Timpview High School from 1992 to 1996.
