David Howard Jr.

David Howard Jr. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. David started their career as a Campus Director at Nw Collegiate Ministries in 2004. After that, they worked as a Video Producer at Integrity Safety Services, where they were involved in all aspects of producing training and orientation videos. In 2006, they joined Living Hope Church of Vancouver, Washington, where they served as the Director of Video Production, responsible for broadcast quality video production and managing a tech team. David later became a Pastor at the church, leading the Recovery and Guest Services Ministries. In 2013, David joined Intuit as a Customer Care Specialist and later transitioned to the role of Payroll Onboarding Specialist and then Payroll Onboarding Manager. David provided coaching and account management support for clients and facilitated personal and career development for their team. In 2017, David joined BBSI as a Payroll Specialist, managing payroll for multiple clients across different states, and eventually became the Payroll Operations Lead Analyst, overseeing day-to-day operations and leading a team of seven members.

David Howard Jr. holds a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Western Seminary, which they obtained from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from Washington State University from 2001 to 2004. David also obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) in Social Sciences from Clark College from 1999 to 2001. In addition, David has a Certificate in Hospitality Administration/Management from Mt. Hood Community College, which they obtained in 1996-1997. David completed their high school education at Fort Vancouver High School, receiving a Diploma in General Studies from 1989 to 1993.
