Kejal P.

Kejal P. is an experienced business leader currently serving as the Head of Business at BBSI since November 2022 and has been actively involved with Shay Technologies since 2014, focusing on business process improvement across multiple departments. Previously, Kejal owned and managed Caspian Village from 2017 to 2020, where successful menu revisions and marketing strategies significantly boosted sales and customer ratings. As a founding member at Perceptive Technologies and Krypt, Inc. from 2007 to 2014, Kejal oversaw all aspects of initiative management, including recruiting and sales. Early career experience includes serving as Business Head for 6th Avenue Electronics from 2000 to 2006, managing operations in Northern New Jersey. Educational background includes studies at The University of Texas at El Paso and The Wharton School.
