Lisa Rains

Lisa Rains, PHR, serves as a Business Partner and Human Resources Consultant at BBSI since February 2022. Previously, Lisa held the position of Principal Human Resources Generalist at Raytheon Technologies from October 2013 to March 2022, where responsibilities included onboarding and supervising HR Generalists, providing performance feedback, investigating employee complaints, and training leadership on compliance and employee advocacy. Lisa has also co-led a Threat Assessment Team, managing investigative strategies and training initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist at Aetna, a Human Resources Manager at Arizona Shuttle/Bon Voyage Travel, and a Group Department Supervisor at WorldTravel BTI. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Human Resources from Park University.
