Patrick Roach

Patrick Roach has extensive experience in procurement, supply chain, and strategic sourcing. Patrick currently works at BBSI as the Director of Procurement, where they develop and executes procurement strategies to optimize multi-million-dollar expenditures. Prior to this, they were the Director of Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, and Procurement at TEC Equipment, overseeing a multi-million dollar automotive parts business. Patrick also held senior positions at XPO Logistics, Inc., where they developed and executed category strategies for enterprise spend areas and was responsible for supplier qualification, competitive bids, contract negotiations, and supplier performance management. Before joining XPO Logistics, Inc., Patrick worked at Nike as a Global Supply Chain Operations Analyst.

Patrick Roach has obtained a Bachelor's Degree from The University of Georgia. Patrick also has additional certifications from LinkedIn, including "The 3-Minute Rule: Say Less to Get More" and "Successfully Negotiating When You Have No Alternatives," both obtained in 2023.
