Richard Webb

Richard Webb has extensive work experience in operations and management roles. Richard was the Area Manager at BBSI, where they provided strategic planning and consultancy services to business owners. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Sales Operations at Connect Auto Glass, where they improved customer handling routines and increased customer satisfaction. Before that, they were the Founder of Aspire Consulting, an esteemed national consulting firm where they built long-term partnerships with notable clients. Richard also served as the Senior Director, National Sales Center at Extra Space Storage, overseeing the operational and P&L responsibilities of the contact center. Richard Webb's previous experience includes being the Director of Business Operations at IdenTrust / HID Global and the Director of Operations at Target Interact US, LLC, where they managed geographically-distributed call centers and introduced new technologies for business growth.

Richard Webb has studied Business Management Studies at the University of Utah. Richard has also pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University. Additionally, they obtained a CompTia Project+ certification from CompTIA in June 2014.
