Hannah Wegmann

Hannah Wegmann is an experienced property management professional currently serving as an Associate Portfolio Manager at Lifestyle Communities since July 2023. Concurrently, Hannah holds the position of Property Manager at Barrett & Stokely, starting in August 2022, and has been a Community Manager at BRG Realty Group, LLC since May 2018. Hannah’s career in real estate began at BRG Realty Group, where early roles included Leasing Agent from June 2016. Prior experience includes leasing positions at Hotspot Rentals and a background in the hospitality industry as a Server at Siena Tavern and Bartender at Vermilion. Hannah Wegmann holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Wright State University and attended the University of Cincinnati from 2007 to 2008.
