Whitney Kincaid, CPM, has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as Regional Manager at Barrett & Stokely since July 2014, after progressing through roles such as District Manager and Community Manager for various property types, including new constructions and repositioning projects. Kincaid began at Barrett & Stokely as an Assistant Community Manager and previously held the position of Leasing Director at Buckingham Companies. Educational background includes a degree in Journalism with a concentration in Spanish from Indiana University Bloomington and a study abroad program at Universidad Complutense de Madrid focused on Spanish language and culture.
