Ellen Mossin Olesen is an experienced leader in education, mentoring, and cultural transformation, currently serving as a board member at Lingu AS and as the owner and daily manager of Future Values AS since 1999. With a strong focus on leadership, values processes, and active value-based culture, Ellen conducts workshops and training sessions. As a mentor and cultural builder since 2015, Ellen also holds a certification as a Culture Transformation Tools practitioner at Barrett Values Centre and leads JobbMatch Norge AS, which specializes in training and certifying job match methods. Previously, Ellen founded Reaktorskolen, now known as JobLearn, and has held significant roles in various organizations focused on recruitment and HR management across Europe. Ellen holds a Master of Teaching degree from the University of South-Eastern Norway and has extensive experience in coaching and human resources.
