Gui Marback is an experienced executive with a strong background in organizational development, consultancy, and financial management. Currently serving as Sócio Diretor at Crescimentum since August 2016, Gui leads the Consulting and Organizational Culture Management unit. Additionally, Gui is a Master Trainer Partner at Barrett Values Centre. Past roles include Partner at Ockam Consulting, where the focus was on human capital development, and Regional Director at Losango, overseeing operations across a large geographical area. Other notable positions include Director of Organizational Development at Unijorge and Adjunct Director at Citibank. Gui holds an MBA from Ibmec and a degree in Economics from Universidade Católica do Salvador.
