Lynda Rojas

Lynda Rojas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and organizational transformation. Currently serving as a Certified CTT Consultant at Barrett Values Centre since July 2017, Lynda utilizes Barrett Values Centre® tools to facilitate personal and organizational development for clients. Lynda is the founder of Fundación Cristal Celeste, which supports women and mothers in cultivating a balanced and conscious life through transformative training programs. Additionally, as a founding partner of Parenthesis Consultores, Lynda focuses on fostering organizational transformation through meaningful pauses and reflection. Lynda's prior roles include Manager of the Innovation Center at Eficacia S.A., where the emphasis was on embedding innovation as a cultural phenomenon, and Manager of Business Units with Grupo Corporativo Eficacia, managing client relationships and market segmentation. Lynda holds a Master in Mindfulness from Universidad de Zaragoza and has specialized in Information Management at Universidad de Medellín, along with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana.
