Recy Barnette

Recy Barnette is an experienced finance and human resources professional with a strong background in organizational leadership. As the Director of Finance and Human Resources at Barrett Values Centre since February 2012, Recy has overseen financial operations and human resource management. Previously, Recy served as Financial Director at the Affordable Housing Coalition from April 1999 to February 2008. Recy holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from St. Andrews Presbyterian College and UNC Asheville.
