Rita Amaral is a seasoned professional specializing in organizational culture and human development with extensive experience as a consultant across various companies since 2002. Currently working as a freelancer and at UNA Consultoria, Rita focuses on cultural change management, strategic communication planning, and the design of developmental programs. Previous roles include significant contributions at Votorantim S.A., where Rita coordinated training programs and internal communication strategies, as well as experience in institutional communication at ISAE/FGV and other organizations. Rita holds multiple degrees in Communication, including a Master's in Corporate Communication from Universitat de Barcelona and has cultivated expertise in learning experiences, team building, and cultural diagnostics, making their a valued partner in enhancing organizational effectiveness.
