Roberto Ziemer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational transformation. As Co-creator at SoulWork since January 2024, Ziemer collaborates with leaders and teams to maximize their potential and navigate systemic changes. Roberto has been the Founder and Managing Partner of Liderança Integral since April 2004, specializing in internal transformation and external integration within groups to enhance leadership culture. Additionally, since September 2013, Ziemer has served as a Partner at Barrett Values Centre, translating and reviewing works by Richard Barrett in Portuguese. Ziemer's prior experience includes serving as an Associate Consultant at Lee Hecht Harrison from 2007 to 2011, where Ziemer facilitated leadership development and cultural transformation programs. Ziemer holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia.
