Rich B. possesses extensive experience in financial management and military operations. Currently serving as Plant Controller at Barrette Outdoor Living since July 2023, Rich previously held the role of Financial Controller at Rocky Mountain ATV/MC, overseeing essential financial data and strategizing for long-term goals from July 2017 to June 2023. Prior to that, from November 2012 to July 2017, Rich worked as Assistant Controller at HCA, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. Additionally, Rich dedicated over two decades to the US Army National Guard, serving as a Platoon Sergeant and managing critical intelligence operations. Rich holds an MBA from Utah State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Southern Utah University.
