Eng.ndoli Rusibamayila

Eng. Ndoli Rusibamayila, MEng, is a skilled civil engineer specializing in geotechnical engineering and water resource management. Currently serving as a Tailing Storage Facility (TSF) Civil Engineer at Barrick Gold Corporation since May 2022, Ndoli has previously held positions as a Water Engineer at Norplan from 2018 to January 2020 and at Water Mission from 2016 to 2018. Ndoli completed a Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering at the University of Cape Town between 2020 and 2022 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Water Resource Engineering from the University of Dar es Salaam from 2011 to 2015.
