Riziki Paul is an accomplished mining professional with extensive experience in underground operations. Currently serving as an Underground Drill & Blast Engineer at Barrick Gold Corporation since December 2022, Riziki has previously worked as an Underground Mine Production Engineer at AngloGold Ashanti and gained valuable experience as a Graduate Mining Engineer at African Underground Mining Services. Early career development included participation in apprenticeship programs at Petra Diamonds and African Underground Mining Services, where exposure was gained in various areas such as drilling, blasting operations, surveying, and mining environments. Riziki holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Dodoma, complemented by a strong academic background in science from KibaHa High School and Peace Secondary School.
