Susan Morton

Susan Morton has extensive experience in supply chain management and data governance within the mining industry, currently serving as the Global Material Master Data Governance Lead at Barrick Gold Corporation since March 2021, while also working as a Supply Chain Business Analyst for Barrick Gold Nevada since October 2018. Prior to her roles at Barrick, Susan worked at Rio Tinto for nearly 14 years, holding positions including Global Master Data Senior Specialist and Data Management Superintendent, where responsibilities included standardizing global processes and managing vendor relationships. Earlier career experiences include ownership and leadership roles at Q Up Arts, as well as materials management and quality control positions at Optical Media and E-mu Systems, respectively. Susan holds advanced qualifications in Procurement Management and a diploma in Procurement from the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply.
