Thea D. Cook

Thea D. Cook is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in administrative support, research, and arts management. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at Barrier Free Living since May 2021, Thea provides high-level administrative support to the executive suite and the board of directors. Previous roles include Researcher/Dramaturg for Opera Gala Stars, where Thea contributed to a critical edition of Giovanni Pacini's opera, and Marketing Intern at Irish National Opera, offering insights on branding strategies. Thea directed operations at The Edie Windsor SAGE Center, overseeing a wide array of cultural programs, and held various production roles at Vertical Player Repertory, focusing on revivals of historical operas. With a strong educational background including a Master of Arts in Arts Management from University College Dublin and dual Bachelor's degrees from Ohio University, Thea combines a passion for the arts with solid organizational and management skills.
