Isabelle Dubois

Isabelle Dubois is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in social relations and administration. Currently serving as Responsable des Relations Sociales Normandie at Barrière since November 2017, Isabelle has held several key positions within the organization, including Responsable Administration RH Région Nord Ouest and Responsable RH. Prior experience includes working at Renault as Responsable Relations Sociales and at Schneider Electric as Responsable Ressources Humaines. Isabelle also contributed to Rexam as Chargée de projet RH and was involved with AREVA T&D in various roles focused on social affairs and HR development. Academically, Isabelle holds a Master 2 in social law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and advanced degrees from Sciences Po and Université de Rennes I, as well as a DUT in Human Resources from IIT GEA RENNES.
