Andrew Goodwin is a Partner at The Barrington Consulting Group, where Andrew has been working since January 2009. Andrew also holds the title of Associate Partner. Prior to their current positions, Andrew worked at Service NS & Municipal Relations from August 1991 to January 2009, where Andrew held the title of Director, Operations Center. Andrew holds a LLB in Law from Dalhousie University (1994-1997) and a BSc. in Psychology from Dalhousie University (1990-1994).
