Dave Worth is an accomplished consultant and analyst with significant experience in process improvement and operational efficiency. At The Barrington Consulting Group since May 2020, Dave has led impactful projects, including a process improvement initiative for a large manufacturer and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt project that enhanced training processes and projected profit increases. Previous roles include Junior Mechanical Designer at Smith + Andersen, where mechanical systems for new buildings were designed, and Modelling and Simulation Engineer for the Department of National Defence, developing models for complex systems. Dave’s diverse background also includes quality assurance in precast concrete production and supervisory experience in a campground setting. Dave holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Dalhousie University and a Diploma in Engineering from St. Francis Xavier University.
