Jizelle Makhoul, P.Eng., PMP, is an accomplished engineering professional and educator with extensive experience in consulting and project management. As an Associate Partner and Senior Consultant at The Barrington Consulting Group since April 2015, Makhoul has played a significant role in various engineering projects. Previous positions include Lecturer at Dalhousie University from January 2017 to December 2019, and Junior Project Manager & Industrial Engineer at WSP in Canada from June 2011 to April 2015. Notable achievements include applying DMAIC methodology to enhance resource utilization in echocardiogram departments and developing a tool for tracking employee sick-call volumes during the H1N1 outbreak at Capital District Health Authority. Makhoul holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Dalhousie University, obtained in 2011.
