Julie C. Frost is an accomplished associate partner and senior consultant at The Barrington Consulting Group since January 2010, known for a unique approach to business and IT consulting. Prior experience includes serving as acting director of disaster recovery at CIBC where leadership in service continuity management involved analyzing recovery time versus technical capabilities for over 1200 applications. Julie has also held roles at CIBC ranging from information security specialist to manager of business operations, focusing on email security and compliance within technology frameworks. Educational credentials include an Honours Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science with a minor in Biology from the University of Waterloo, obtained between 1993 and 1997.
