Pallavi Sen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, project management, and strategy development in various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at The Barrington Consulting Group since September 2021, Pallavi focuses on Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and cybersecurity for public sector initiatives. Prior roles include leading the Port Control ERP Project and developing the Port Master Plan at the Port of Halifax, and managing technical support projects for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation at the Urban Management Centre. Pallavi has held leadership positions at the Microfinance Institutions Network (MFIN) and Klus Consulting, and began a career in development banking at NABARD. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Allahabad, and additional coursework at Harvard Business School.
