Stowe Milhous

Stowe Milhous currently serves as the Director of Client Services at Barrington James since May 2025. Prior to this role, Stowe held the position of VP of Sales and Marketing at Transformative Pharmaceutical Solutions from June 2024 to May 2025, focusing on partnering with clients to create tailored programs for clinical trial execution. Stowe's extensive experience includes serving as VP FSP Sales at ExecuPharm, a subsidiary of Parexel, from July 2010 to May 2023, where strategic opportunities were developed to enhance the company's leadership in functional service provider staffing and outsourcing. Previously, Stowe worked at DeRoyal in various roles, culminating in Area Vice President for DeRoyal Orthopedics in the East Region from March 1997 to July 2010. Stowe holds a Master of Education in Sports Management from Temple University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of New Hampshire.
