Katelynn Zimmer

Katelynn Zimmer is a certified athletic trainer with a comprehensive background in clinical settings and emergency medical services. Currently employed at Barrington Orthopedic Specialists since July 2022, Katelynn previously worked at Northwestern Medicine from June 2012 to June 2022, where responsibilities included assisting in patient care processes as a physician extender. Prior to this role, Katelynn served as an EMT-Paramedic at Platinum Care Inc from January 2008 to August 2013, providing emergency medical treatment and management. Additionally, Katelynn gained valuable experience as a Summer Camp Supervisor and Registrar at Warrenville Park District from May 2002 to April 2013, demonstrating leadership and organizational skills. Katelynn holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a focus in Athletic Training from Northern Illinois University, completed between 2009 and 2012.
